02 May 2023 05:12:02 Last week was certainly a wet rainy evening of Hockey but that didn't stop all four teams and putting up strong performances. With Wildcats bouncing back from their loss and picking up a win. Wildcats putting up a strong 2-0 performance in their attempt to show that their loss to the Hexonians was a fluke the week before. Could this be the case? Only time will show whether this is the case. Savannah Taylor clearly wanted to throw her name into the ring for leagues top scorer jumping to joint first scoring both Goals! Where as in the other fixture both teams put up a hard fought battle with chances coming at both ends. However this match went right down to the wire and finished with no team coming out on top. Another strong set of performances! We look forward to next week where Bishop Stortford Jaguars take on Cambridge and Hertford taking on Bishop Stortford Hexonians. Roll on to week 3!

21 April 2023 07:47:03 Yesterday was a great evening of Hockey played with both Hexonians and Bishop Stortford Leopards picking up wins. Hexonians putting up a strong 3-0 performance in their attempts to try and retain their title. Where as in the other fixture both teams showed they are going to make Hexonians life difficult and are going to put up a fight the entire way. Leopards coming out on top but a great contest all round. Scorers from yesterday are as Follows: Lianne Warnell (Hexonians), Emily Stevenson ( Cambridge) and Evie Chidgey (Leopards) all getting off with a strong start scoring 2. Other scorers include: Charlotte Woodrow (Hexonians), Sarah Rittman (Cambridge), Jo Newman (Leopards) and Grace McKelvey (Leopards). Strong start for everyone! We look forward to next week where Bishop Stortford Jaguars take on Hertford and Bishop Stortford Leopards are back to take on the Bishop Stortford Wildcats to see who can come out on top.
